In this video, Nik Farooqui shows us 5 easy ways to defend against the haymaker punch in a street fight. This is a common punch thrown in physical confrontation and is very dangerous due to the sheer amount of power the aggressor can put into it.
In training to defend against the haymaker punch, please make sure that you use safety gear and a progressive training method.
