Lasagna gardening allows you to get a yield while still building soil. You can take a terrible piece of ground and improve the soil rapidly while harvesting vegetables. We planted this lasagna garden back in May. It hasn’t been weeded or watered for two months – and look at the sweet potatoes, the peppers, and the amazing soil that is forming!
