We have another great tip from James Painters Rock n Roll Prison Fighting System. In this self defense tip James demonstrates a clever takedown that you implement following an overhand punch. This technique is pretty good to know under the condition that your initial punch misses your attacker and you want to keep the onslaught coming. This gives the aggressor no chance to react following the punch, because they will be on the ground by the time they realize what’s going on. Check out this unique self defense tip and let us know what you think in the comments below!
