Okay, so now we’re going to speak about one of the best take downs that you can do at a self defense scenario, Okay?
So, let’s go directly from the take down and I’m going to explain later how to arrive to that point.
So the first thing that I’m going to do is, I’m going to explain to you, what to use and where to use it. In this case, we’re going to use our arm, the real boom and we want to point our finger, our index finger up and then going down, this way, up and then going down, it’s as easy as that. So I’m going to put my radial boom under her chin and what I’m going to do is I’m going to go up and then I’m going to go down, Okay? Again, up and then I’m going to point down, Okay?
That’s how you normally would do the take down. So situations where you can do that, imagine that she’s punching me. I would go here. I will resurrect and I would go here and I will go straight, then we’ll go up and down. That is the safest way where we can practice, Okay? But in reality, it would be more like, this punch, simple as that, Okay? So it will be slow, one, boom, Okay? It’s the same principle.
So now I’m going to attack her and I’m going to punch her and she’s going to redirect, she’s going to move and she’s going to go up and then going down as, exactly. Again, I’m going to punch very slow, she’s going to deflect with up and then as she steps, going down, nice. So, in the reality, we would be cultured to this, I’m going to punch her, boom, again to my neck, boom, again, boom.
And that’s a way that you can practice your take down in real self deffence scenario.
