Whether it’s arguing the castle doctrine, stand your ground, or a simple self defense claim you will likely need to retain an attorney. In this video I give examples of some of my previous cases. People get arrested all the time. Simply telling a police officer it was self defense does not make it so. They will likely arrest you and let the court figure it out. This is general information.
