In today’s video I’m sharing how to start prepping. As I mentioned in the video, I don’t like to use the words “prepping” or “prepper” because they often have negative connotations attached to them so let’s just call it “insurance” for your family in the event of a food shortage, job loss, national disaster or other unplanned event where you would need a food and supply stockpile.
