It’s that time of year again! Time to fill in the gaps of our prepper pantry for long-term shortage and our working pantry. Maine winters on the coast can be brutal. We get a mixed bag of ice and blizzard conditions. With power outages that can last a week or more, it is important for us to stock up our pantry to feed our family. Inflation continues to rise and with heating costs also rising, it is important for us to have a pantry full of affordable, sustainable food.
